    1. On page 47, line 4, strike "E" and insert in lieu thereof "F" and strike "F" and insert in lieu thereof "G".

    2. On page 47, line 6, strike "J" and insert in lieu thereof "K".

    3. On page 47, line 16, strike "and".

    4. On page 47, line 21, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    5. On page 47, between lines 21 and 22, insert:

             "(6) a copy of an amended return for each tax period for which the refund is claimed.

         B. A claim for refund that meets the requirements of Subsection A of this section shall be deemed to be properly before the department for consideration, regardless of whether the department requests additional documentation after receipt of the claim for refund; provided that the claim for refund is filed within the time limitations provided in Subsections F and G of this section.".

    6. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    7. On page 48, line 1, strike "C" and insert in lieu thereof "D".

    8. On page 48, line 12, strike "D" and insert in lieu thereof "E".

    9. On page 49, line 2, strike "D" and insert in lieu thereof "E".

    10. On page 50, line 10, strike "F" and insert in lieu thereof "G".

    11. On page 57, line 7, strike "J" and insert in lieu thereof "K".
