    Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 434

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 5 through 7, strike Subsection C in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new subsection:

          "C. "agritourism professional" means any person, corporation or partnership that is engaged in the business of providing one or more agritourism activities, whether or not for compensation;".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
