    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 452

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 23, strike "sixteen thousand nine hundred dollars ($16,900)" and insert in lieu thereof "sixteen thousand eight hundred eighty-eight dollars ($16,888)".

     2. On page 2, lines 2 and 3, strike Subsection C in its entirety.

     3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     4. On page 2, line 4, strike "one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety-one thousand seven hundred forty-five dollars ($91,745)".

     5. On page 2, line 12, strike "one thousand four hundred dollars ($1,400)" and insert in lieu thereof "one thousand three hundred eighty-seven dollars ($1,387)".

     6. On page 2, lines 16 and 17, strike "one hundred eighty thousand two hundred dollars ($180,200)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred forty thousand two hundred dollars ($140,200)".

     7. On page 2, lines 18 and 19, strike "one hundred seventy thousand eight hundred dollars ($170,800)" and insert in lieu thereof "eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000)".

     8. On page 2, line 20, strike "seventy-seven thousand dollars ($77,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty thousand dollars ($30,000)".
