has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 7, lines 21 through 23, remove the brackets and line through and on line 23, before "online", insert "as well as" and after the first occurrence of "on", strike the remainder of the line.

and thence referred to the CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
