    Your LABOR AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 460

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows: 

     1. On page 3, line 24, strike "fifteen" and insert in lieu thereof "sixteen".

     2. On page 4, line 10, strike "and".

     3. On page 4, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(6) the director of the New Mexico state university institute of applied biosciences; and".

     4. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

     5. On page 4, line 24, strike "(6)" and insert in lieu thereof "(7)".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
