has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 22, remove the brackets and the line through "Sections".

     2. On page 3, line 23, strike "Section" and remove the brackets and the line through "and 3-27-3".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
