    1. Strike Senate Public Affairs Committee Amendments 12 and 13.

    2. On page 5, line 14, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    3. On page 5, lines 15 through 17, strike Subsection H in its entirety.

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
