has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 23 and 24, strike "within three days after the governor has acted on a capital outlay bill" and insert in lieu thereof "no later than thirty days following adjournment of a legislative session".

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
