Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE BILL 30, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendments 2 and 3.
2. On page 1, line 14, after "SUFFICIENCY", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 15 in its entirety and strike line 16 through "SCHOOLS".
3. On page 4, line 8, after "the", insert "at-risk index, the".
4. On page 4, line 16, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "of the school district in which the charter schools are geographically located and their own".
5. On pages 7 through 13, strike Section 3 in its entirety.
6. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
