SENATE BILL 36

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "PROVIDING ALTERNATIVES;".

    2. On page 1, after the subsection designation "A.", strike all of line 23 and on line 24, strike "this section, an" and insert in lieu thereof "An".

    3. On page 2, strike Subsections B and C in their entirety.

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    5. On page 2, line 21, strike "E" and insert in lieu thereof "C".

    6. On page 4, line 2, strike "D" and insert in lieu thereof "B".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
