    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 45

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following new subsection:

         "C. A determination pursuant to Subsection A of this section or proof pursuant to Subsection B of this section creates a presumption that termination of parental rights is in the best interest of the child.".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

    3. On page 2, line 13, after "means", insert "aggravated criminal sexual penetration in the first degree and".
