has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "ALL STATIONARY" and insert in lieu thereof "CERTAIN".

    2. On page 1, line 20, after "OF", insert "CERTAIN".

    3. On page 2, lines 5 and 6, remove the brackets and line-through.

    4. On page 2, line 6, strike ", including a recovery or repair vehicle," and insert in lieu thereof "or a recovery or repair vehicle".
