    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "GROSS RECEIPTS TAX".

    2. On page 1, line 12, after "DEDUCTION", insert "FROM GROSS RECEIPTS AND GOVERNMENTAL GROSS RECEIPTS".

    3. On page 1, line 25, before the period, insert "or from governmental gross receipts".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
