    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 113, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 5, line 21, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     2. On page 5, line 22 through page 6, line 3, strike

Subsection C in its entirety.

     3. On page 7, line 13, strike “five million dollars ($5,000,000)” and insert in lieu thereof “one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000)”.

     4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
