    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

     SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 125

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, after "REQUIREMENTS", insert "; PROVIDING THAT THE AUCTIONEER MAY ONLY RECEIVE A FEE FOR SERVICES AND NOT A COMMISSION".

    2. On page 8, line 11, after "brokerage", insert "; provided that an auctioneer who is not a broker may only receive a fee for services in the auction and shall not receive a commission as authorized for brokers by Chapter 61, Article 29 NMSA 1978".
