    1. On page 4, lines 21 and 22, strike ", the District of Columbia".

    2. On page 5, line 18, after "drugs" and before Senate Public Affairs Committee Amendment 2, insert "that did not result in great bodily harm or death,".

    3. On page 5, line 24, before the semicolon, insert "; provided, however, that at least twelve months have passed since the person's conviction".
