    2. On page 5, line 18, after "drugs", insert "and that conviction is".

    3. On page 5, line 20, after "and", insert "who".

    4. On page 5, line 22, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "the".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
