SENATE BILL 137

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, line 12, after "section", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "with reasonable care and in compliance with the law".

    2. On page 7, line 20, after "department", insert "by valid means as provided by law".

    3. On page 7, line 21, strike "committee" and after "meeting", insert ", part of a meeting".

    4. On page 7, line 22, after "subcommittee", insert "at which data or other information is to be discussed and that may result in disclosure to the public of information protected by law".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
