has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 18, before the semicolon, insert "that students attend in person".

    2. On page 5, line 12, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    3. On page 5, lines 13 through 16, strike Paragraph (5) in its entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

    5. On page 8, line 2, after "activities", insert "in which a student with diabetes is a participant".

    6. On page 8, line 3, after "member", insert "and a student with diabetes is a passenger".

    7. On page 8, strike line 5 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

         "A. The".

    8. On page 8, lines 11 through 15, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

    9. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

    10. On page 10, lines 1 through 9, strike Section 9 in its entirety.

    11. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

    12. On page 11, line 11, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 12 and 13 and on line 14, strike "entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
