DO PASS, amended as follows:

1.On page 2, line 3, after New, strike "Mexican" and insert

in lieu thereof "Mexico".

    2.  On page 2, line 15, after New, strike "Mexican" and insert in lieu thereof "Mexico".

    3.  On page 3, line 7, after the comma insert "or a New Mexico Indian nation, tribe or pueblo,".
