    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 192

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, after the semicolon, insert "TEMPORARILY".

    2. On page 1, line 14, after "REVENUE", insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

    3. On page 1, lines 24 and 25, and on page 2, lines 1 through 4, remove the brackets and line-through.

    4. On page 1, line 24, strike "No" and insert in lieu thereof "Except as provided in Subsection C of this section, no".

    5. On page 2, line 5, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof:

          "C. Upon the effective date of this 2017 act through June 30, 2022, the".

    6. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

    7. On page 3, lines 1 and 2, strike Section 2 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new section:

    "SECTION 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
