SENATE BILL 241, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendments 2 through 5.
2. On page 1, line 13, strike "PERFORMING AND VISUAL" and insert in lieu thereof "FINE".
3. On page 1, line 14, strike "NATIONAL".
4. On page 1, line 14, after "EDUCATION", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 15 in its entirety and strike line 16 through "CHANGE".
5. On page 2, line 5, after "arts", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 6 in its entirety and on line 7, strike "arts".
6. On page 2, lines 9 through 13, strike Subsection B in its entirety.
7. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
