has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 8 through 16, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    3. On page 2, line 17, strike "The amount" and insert in lieu thereof "Any" and after "estimated", insert "increase in annual operating costs reported".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
