has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 7, strike "or in the first judicial district,".

    2. On page 2, line 19, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 20 through 22 in their entirety and strike line 23 through the period.

    3. On page 3, line 24, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 25 in its entirety.

    4. On page 4, strike lines 1 and 2 in their entirety.

    5. On page 4, line 10, after "occurred", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 11 and 12 in their entirety and strike line 13 up to the period.

    6. On page 5, line 2, after "knowingly", insert "and willfully".

    7. On page 5, line 9, after "knowingly", insert "and willfully".
