    1. On page 5, line 11, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

    2. On page 5, lines 12 through 14, strike Paragraph (1) in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    4. On page 5, line 18, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    5. On page 5, line 20, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    6. On page 5, lines 21 through 23, strike Paragraph (5) in its entirety.
