has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 13, line 21, strike "charter" and insert in lieu thereof "public".

    2. On page 15, line 13, remove the bracket and line through "and".

    3. On page 16, line 4, strike "; and" and strike all of lines 5 through 9 and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    4. On page 22, line 20, after "rate", insert "of a lease purchase agreement entered into prior to July 1, 2017".

    5. On page 22, line 23, strike "prior to" and insert in lieu thereof "on or after".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
