Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE BILL 367, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "ENACTING A SEVERABILITY SECTION TO THE RISK-BASED CAPITAL ACT;".
2. On page 5, lines 20 and 21, strike "as a nonadversarial, confidential investigatory proceeding, as necessary".
3. On page 6, line 1, strike "and" and on line 5, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".
4. On page 6, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new paragraph:
"(4) shall be confidential, unless confidentiality is waived by the person being examined.".
5. On page 6, line 17, strike "The" and strike lines 18 through 21 in their entirety.
6. On page 6, line 25, strike "of" and on page 7, line 1, strike "the person's choice".
7. On page 42, strike Section 19 in its entirety.
8. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
