    2. On page 8, line 23, strike the paragraph designation "(1)".

    3. On page 8, line 25, strike "; or" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    4. On page 9, strike line 1 in its entirety.

    5. On page 12, lines 5 and 6, strike "or proof of veteran status".

    6. On page 13, lines 1 and 2, strike "not presume that applicant eligible but shall".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
