has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, line 9, strike "November 1, 2017" and insert in lieu thereof "July 1, 2018".

     2. On page 6, line 15, strike "and".

     3. On page 6, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new subsection:

          "P. one representative of the financial services community appointed by the state treasurer; and".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
