has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 23, strike "respectfully request" and insert in lieu thereof "who are requesting".

    2. On page 3, line 24, strike "illegally".

    3. On page 4, line 4, strike "Trump" and insert in lieu thereof "federal"., 

and thence referred to the INDIAN AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
