SENATE MEMORIAL 23

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES DEPARTMENT TO CONVENE A TASK FORCE" and insert in lieu thereof "STATE EARLY LEARNING ADVISORY COUNCIL".

    2. On page 2, line 22, strike "children, youth and families department" and insert in lieu thereof "state early learning advisory council".

    3. On page 2, line 23, strike "to convene a task force".

    4. On page 3, lines 1 and 2, strike "task force be composed of representatives" and insert in lieu thereof "state early learning advisory council be requested to obtain input".

    5. On page 3, line 8, after "association", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 9 through "council".

    6. On page 3, line 10, strike "task force" and insert in lieu thereof "state early learning advisory council be requested to".

    7. On page 3, line 16, after "the", insert "chair of the state early learning advisory council; the".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
