HOUSE BILL 2, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Taxation and Revenue Committee Amendments 1, 2, 3 and 4.

    2. On page 1, lines 15 through 18, strike ", THEN SENDING THE DISTRIBUTION TO THE MAGISTRATE RETIREMENT FUND AND THE JUDICIAL RETIREMENT FUND FOR THREE YEARS, THEN RESUMING THE DISTRIBUTION TO THE LEGISLATIVE RETIREMENT FUND".

    3. On page 10, lines 2 and 3, strike "JUDICIAL RETIREMENT FUND AND MAGISTRATE RETIREMENT FUND--".

    4. On page 10, line 4, strike the second occurrence of "A" and insert in lieu thereof "Beginning on July 1, 2019, a".

    5. On page 10, line 7, strike the colon, strike lines 8 through 15 in their entirety and strike line 16 through the comma.

    6. On page 10, line 17, strike "equal to" and insert in lieu thereof "of".

    7. On page 10, line 25, after the first comma, insert "except in 2017,".
