HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 136

Amendment sponsored by Representative

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "ALL" and insert in lieu thereof "CERTAIN".

    2. On page 4, line 16, strike the second occurrence of "it" and insert in lieu thereof "its".

    3. On page 5, line 4, before "that", insert "with a membership of 200 or more and located in a school district with a three-year average total rate, as calculated under Section 22-8-23.3 NMSA 1978, of 0.7 or higher".

    4. On page 6, line 3, after "district", insert "with a membership of 200 or more and with a three-year average total rate of 0.7 or higher".

    5. On page 9, line 7, strike "each" and insert in lieu thereof "a".

    6. On page 9, line 8, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    7. On page 9, line 8, before "that", insert "with a membership of 200 or more and with a three-year average total rate, as calculated under Section 22-8-23.3 NMSA 1978, of 0.7 or higher".

    8. On page 9, line 18, before "shall", insert "required by Subsection B of this section to provide training".
