    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 24

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 6 and 7, strike "Within forty-eight hours of the close of business on the day a vehicle is purchased by an auto recycler" and insert in lieu thereof "Within two business days following the date the vehicle purchase transaction is completed".

    2. On page 11, line 12, remove the brackets and line-through.

    3. On page 11, lines 19 and 20, remove the brackets and line-through.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
