SENATE BILL 50

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 8, strike "via the internet".

    2. On page 4, line 9, after "card", insert "via the internet or where the card is not physically present".

    3. On page 4, lines 10 and 11, strike the colon and "(1)".

    4. On page 4, line 12, strike the semicolon.

    5. On page 4, strike lines 13 through 24 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "the billing address associated with the card."".
