    2. On page 2, line 5, before "falsify", insert "knowingly".

    3. On page 2, line 9, before "falsify", insert "knowingly".

    4. On page 2, line 16, strike the first occurrence of "knowingly".

    5. On page 2, line 18, strike "fourth degree felony" and insert in lieu thereof "misdemeanor".

    6. On page 2, line 19, strike "31-18-15" and insert in lieu thereof "31-19-1".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
