SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 1

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 8, after "list", insert "of at least three names".

    2. On page 2, line 9, after "a", insert "separate" and after "committee", insert "for each institution as".

    3. On page 2, line 15, after "list", insert "of at least three names".

    4. On page 3, line 7, after "list", insert "of at least three names".

    5. On page 3, line 18, after "list", insert "of at least three names". 

    6. On page 4, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 2. The provisions of this amendment shall take effect July 1, 2019.".

    7. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

    and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
