has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 16, strike lines 24 and 25.

     2. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.

     3. On page 31, line 2, strike "0.0333" and insert in lieu thereof "0.05".

     4. On page 31, line 3, strike "0.0667" and insert in lieu thereof "0.1".

     5. On page 31, line 3, strike "0.1" and insert in lieu thereof "0.15".

     6. On page 33, line 22, strike "may" and insert in lieu thereof "shall".

     7. On page 34, strike Subsection E in its entirety.

     8. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

     9. On page 34, strike line 25, on page 35, strike lines 1 through 9 and insert in lieu thereof:

                           "MEM x 0.11".

     10. On page 35, strike lines 17 and 18 and insert in lieu thereof "on a date specified by department rule."".
