HOUSE BILL 171

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "RAISING LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR LEVEL ONE TEACHERS;".

     2. On page 6, lines 5 through 17, strike Subsection G in its entirety.

     3. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

     4. On page 10, line 22, strike "hour" and insert in lieu thereof "days".

     5. On page 10, lines 24 and 25, strike "Four hundred million dollars ($400,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Two hundred fourteen million dollars ($214,000,000)".

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
