    1. On page 4, lines 21 and 22, strike "four thousand dollars ($4,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "six thousand dollars ($6,000)".

    2. On page 5, lines 20 and 21, strike "four thousand dollars ($4,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "six thousand dollars ($6,000)".

    3. On page 11, line 18, strike "four thousand dollars ($4,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "six thousand dollars ($6,000)".
