HOUSE BILL 470

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 18 through 20, strike "may be performed electronically; provided that the individual making the statement or executing the signature shall appear personally before the notarial officer" and insert in lieu thereof "shall be performed by a notarial act in which a person at a single time and place appears in person before the notary public and presents the document".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
