has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 24, after development, insert "or the secretary's designee".

     2. On page 3, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following new subsection:

          "E. one member of a public post-secondary educational institution, appointed by the secretary of economic development;".

     3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     4. On page 3, line 20, strike "and".

     5. On page 3, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new subsection:

          "L. the commissioner of public lands or the commissioner's designee; and".

     6. On page 4, line 16, after "education", insert ", the commissioner of public lands".
