has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "ENERGY, MINERALS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT" and insert in lieu thereof "NEW MEXICO RENEWABLE ENERGY TRANSMISSION AUTHORITY".

     2. On page 2, strike lines 20 through 25 in their entirety and on page 3, strike lines 1 through 4 in their entirety. 

     3. On page 3, strike lines 24 and 25 in their entirety and on page 4, strike lines 1 through 5 in their entirety.

     4. On page 4, lines 12 and 13, strike "energy, minerals and natural resources department" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico renewable energy transmission authority".

     5. On page 4, line 24, strike "require" and insert in lieu thereof "facilitate."

     6. On page 5, line 2, after "the", insert "New Mexico renewable energy transmission authority convene a".

     7. On page 5, line 2, strike "include" and insert in lieu thereof "that includes".

     8. On page 5, lines 19 and 20, strike "secretary of energy, minerals and natural resources" and insert in lieu thereof "chair and executive director of the New Mexico renewable energy transmission authority".
