    1. On page 2, lines 17 through 19, remove the bracket and line-through and on line 20, remove the line-through through the period.

    2. On page 2, lines 21 and 22, strike "the nominating committee established by law for that institution.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
