    1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendments 4 and 7.

    2. On page 2, line 13, after "have", insert "a department-approved teacher preparation program and have".

    3. On page 5, strike lines 13 and 14 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

         "C. not hold a level one, two or three-A teaching license."".
