HOUSE BILL 269

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

    1. On page 8, line 9, after "felony", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 10 through 15 and strike line 16 up to the period.

 

    2. On page 8, line 18, after "manner", insert "and with the intent to commit terrorism pursuant to Subsection C of this section".

 

    3. On page 8, line 19, strike "whether real or imitation,".

 

    4. On page 9, line 5, strike "second" and insert in lieu thereof "third" and after "felony", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 6 through 11 and strike line 12 up to the period.

 

    5. On page 9, line 14, after "of", insert "unequivocally, unconditionally and specifically".

 

    6. On page 9, lines 15 and 16, strike "unequivocally, unconditionally and specifically,".

 

    7. On page 9, line 20, after "to", insert "commit terrorism pursuant to Subsection C of this section to".

 

    8. On page 10, line 5, strike "second" and insert in lieu thereof "third".

 

    9. On page 10 lines 6 through 12, strike Subsection F in its entirety.

 

    10. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

 

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
