SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___2__ to SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 5

    1. On page 3, line 8, strike "principal" and insert in lieu thereof "administrator".

    2. On page 11, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following new subsection:

         "F. A one-year extreme risk firearm protection order is a final, immediately appealable order.".
