SENATE BILL 51
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 11, strike the first occurrence of "A" and insert in lieu thereof "PROVIDERS TO INCLUDE", strike "CLAUSE" and insert in lieu thereof "PLAN DESCRIPTIONS" and strike "A CONTRACT".
2. On page 1, strike line 12 through the first occurrence of "THE" and strike "ACT" and insert in lieu thereof "CONTRACTS".
3. On page 4, line 20, remove the brackets and the line through "and".
4. On page 4, line 24, strike "and" and strike line 25 in its entirety.
5. On page 5, strike lines 1 through 8 in their entirety.
6. On page 13, line 2, strike the comma.
7. On page 13, line 3, strike "liquidation, insolvency" and strike "other".
8. On page 14, line 21, strike "2020" and insert in lieu thereof "2021" and strike "annually".
9. On page 14, line 22, strike "thereafter" and insert in lieu thereof "each year thereafter, within one hundred eighty days after the end of a community's fiscal year".
10. On page 15, line 6, strike "all" and after "statements", strike the remainder of the line.
11. On page 15, strike line 7 through "with" and insert in lieu thereof "filed pursuant to" and after "Act", insert "for compliance with that act".
12. On page 17, line 9, remove the brackets and the line through "shall" and strike the underscored language.
13. On page 17, line 11, after "Act", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 12 and 13 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period.
