    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 75

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, lines 11 and 12, strike "of up to twenty-five

thousand dollars ($25,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "not to

exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000)".

    2. On page 5, line 17, after "order", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 18 and strike line 19 through "order".
