SENATE BILL 120

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 24, strike the semicolon.

    2. On page 6, line 24, strike "board of finance of the".

    3. On page 6, line 25, after "municipality", insert "shall not have more than twenty percent of its investment portfolio in mutual funds or exchange-traded funds.".

    4. On page 6, line 25, strike "may allow reasonable" and insert in lieu thereof "Reasonable".

    5. On page 7, line 1, strike "to" and insert in lieu thereof "may".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
